Tips to gain weight

1.Exercise

Include any kind physical activity in your life such as bodyweight training, running, playing outdoor etc.

2.Diet

Before every meal consume two banana and replace your snack with banana.

3.Sleep

Most people ignore the sleep , use should at least sleep 8 to 10 hours a day because in sleep your recovery.
